Effective July 2026 · SeelamGlobal LLC

This policy explains what SeelamGlobal LLC ("we") collects when you use this website, and how we handle it. We keep data collection minimal by design.

What we collect

When you submit the partner application ("Deck Passport"), we collect the details you provide — your name, email, role, brand information, market details, and any file or notes you attach. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless web analytics that do not identify you individually.

How we use it

We use application data solely to evaluate a potential partnership and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

We don't store anything on our servers until you submit the application. Once you do, we keep the information you provided for as long as it's useful to contact you and pursue a potential partnership. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Storage in your browser

To make the site pleasant to use, we store two things locally in your own browser: your light/dark theme preference, and an unsent draft of the application form so you don't lose your place. This information never leaves your device until you submit.

Sharing

We share application data only with the service that delivers it to us (our email provider) and, where a partnership proceeds, with the operational partners needed to run your market — such as our customs broker. We never sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Email raja@seelamglobal.com and a person will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights: California residents (CCPA/CPRA) can request disclosure or deletion of their personal information and will never be treated differently for asking, and Canadian residents (PIPEDA) can access and challenge the accuracy of their information. We honor these requests regardless of where you're based.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
